
this was the most amazing italian dish. broccoli polenta. grilled asparagus, and sauteed mushrooms and spinach with basil. The whole meal had less than 500 calories-and you couldnt tell!

round 2 of bread was better than the 1st. this is whole wheat and super simple. the recipe is on my cooking blog.
